Peak Violin Stand

I wanted to buy an additional stand to use alongside my Ingles instrument stand, so I would have one for each of the two instruments. I saw the Peak and, being an owner of the Peak music stand, I thought I would give their instrument stand a spin. I am delighted with it! It folds up so well and is compact, it will fit inside my peak music stand bag. I also use and enjoy the Ingles stand. It has worked well for many years, but it doesn't fold up as small - the Peak is like a transformer! The Peak stand is fully adjustable in height and depth, where the lower bouts, with or without shoulder rest attached. I am looking forward to putting it to good use. I have and love the "String Swing" violin holder that attaches to the post of the music stand. But when I play out with a local Irish Session, it causes me to set my stand a bit higher than I want just so there is enough room for the bow. The Peak stand
solves that problem and is also easily transported because it folds compactly and comes with a transport bag.

Bought this for my 16.5" viola. Those hook looking things at the bottom are adjustable, it is padded with foam or rubber of some sort. This product comes with a carry bag and user guide.
