I purchased this violin model new 5 years ago and absolutely love it. I’m not professional but play 1st violin in a civic symphony. I also manage a string quartet on the side for fun and the occasional gig. My old violin was holding me back from improving my technique. It also did not have the rich powerful sound that the Gunter Lobe produces.
I recommend this maker for any serious student or music lover who wants to continue playing well.
