The 500CJ set is a combination of New Cristal clear nylon trebles and Corum basses. Corum bass strings are more flexible than the other Savarez basses, while their tension is the same. They have a very quick response which is generally obtained with more taut strings. Consequently they offer tremendously increased sound modulation and expressive possibilities. They are perfectly true in tone and have an extended life. Made in France by Savarez.
