The Wrist Rascal is the only wrist training aid that so successfully uses muscle memory to reinforce proper posture in the left wrist!
It attaches as easily to the violin as a shoulder rest, using a simple elastic band, and it's new and improved smooth finish is gentle on both the player and the instrument. The Wrist Rascal gently trains the left wrist to stay in the proper position by mimicking the feel of the hand against the heel, as in third position, where a collapsed wrist is impossible. After just a few weeks' use, muscle memory takes hold, and the left hand is trained. And it double as the most effective support for training of vibrato. The large size is for 4/4 violin or 14" to 16" violas, the medium size for 1/2 to 3/4 size violins or 12" - 13" violas, and the small for 1/4 size or smaller violins.
